AHI (Azrak-Hamway International) was best known for their rack toys of parachuters, motorcycles and so forth, mostly featuring licensed characters (especially Batman, but also monsters, Planet of the Apes, Spider-Man and Star Trek), but they also did some larger toys... these are pretty darn cool, if you ask me! The company was related to Remco, but I forget off the top of my head which was a subsidiary of the other.
The kid in the picture looks so happy. I...I long to be that kid.
