Yes, this is the same Duncan company that made yo-yos! I have no idea how they were able to license a Batboat or other Bat-vehicles... I suppose each license was for a specific kind of manufacturing process? So Corgi could do their die-cast vehicles, AHI could do their battery-powered and gyro-powered vehicles, and Duncan could do these free-rolling ones?
