I guess this must've been much cheaper than the officially licensed Ben Cooper costumes!

Masks!
Today is the first of a two-part Halloween-themed edition of the Batcave Trophy Room! Tomorrow I'll present a bunch of Batman costumes for the kids, but we're leading off today with these Batman masks and mask-like items!

It's a hat! It's a mask! It's a hat and a mask!

This helmet-style mask was very popular back in the day, and something many collectors would love to have these days!

Lucky collectors have the package and the cape, too!

Just for the heck of it, here's a Batman motorcycle helmet! Well, a play helmet, anyway.
So, apparently GE did some kind of Batman promotion that led to the production of these masks...

I'll never understand why people think that Batman needs a logo on his mask!

Ideal Paratrooper!
Ideal Utility Belt!
Ideal's 1966 Batman Utility Belt was far and away much more superior to what Remco came out with in the 1970s! This set the bar high for future utility belt toys that was never, in my opinion, met again! Consider this a preview of sorts for tomorrow and the next day's costume-related postings!
This photo gives you a little better view of the contents!

Avon Hair Brush!
Batman GIve-A-Show Projector by Chad Valley!
OK, so last month, I showed you a photo of this item above, and mentioned I'd love to have it in my Give-A-Show collection...
While I still don't have one (at least, as of this writing), the photos above will kind of give you an idea of what it's like! I never quite understood why, instead of doing 16 stories of 7 panels each, they didn't, say, do 8 stories of 14 panels, or better yet, 4 stories of 28 panels!
These were also available separately in four-packs of the slides!
