I think this custom "Super Powers" Riddler may be the best Riddler figure I've ever seen! Some of you may know that while there wasn't a Super Powers Riddler produced in the USA, there was one made in South America as part of the "Super Amigos" line.
That's a very well-done custom Two-Face, too!
Batman's the only character on the actual Super Powers flashlight here... I wonder if any of the other characters appeared on other SP flashlights?
