    There was a civil war, for lack of a better term, in Chile with elected leftists and a right wing junta backed by the US, hence the CIA on the batwing logo. This is leftist propaganda using an American pop culture symbol. Of course the comic book pays no heed to copyright and licensing. It's very intriguing and probably rare, and I, for one, would like to see more, although I expect the text is all Spanish.
