Going through my cousin's comics collection, I was always more intrigued by the artwork in the ads for these posters than the Bob Kane style art that was the norm in the monthly Batman book. Carmine Infantino and Murphy Anderson....great, iconic work.
The daily blog featuring photos of Batman-related merchandise going up through the 1970s, with a few 1980s items thrown in here and there! Your comments are welcomed!
Please note that I do not have any of these items for sale, and the vast majority of them are items I do not own at all. The photos were collected from eBay auctions over the years, and I wanted to share them with you all!
If you're interested in tracking down any of these items, I wish you luck, and hope that these posts help give you the information you need to find them offered on eBay! If you do purchase any of these items as a result of these posts, I'd love to hear about them -- and if you have better photos of anything I post here, I'd love to see them, too, and share them with my readers! You can email photos to me at waffyjon at comcast dot net. And if you link to a Batcave Trophy Room post, please let me know, and I'll add your blog to the blogroll!
I have been a Navy journalist, word processor, graphic designer, medical assisting student, cook, and truck driver, and am currently an eBay seller as well as an employee at a big retail store. I have been and always will be into comics, sf, tv, cartoons, monsters, oldies rock, and lots of other stuff.
If your blog has a link to this blog, let me know and I'll add you to my linklist!

I used to have this poster when I was a kid in the mid to late 1960's!
